Oxymontage

For over 30 years, Oxymontage has become the specialist in container solutions. Located in Saint-Divy, Brittany, our design office and workshops put all their expertise and experience at your disposal to successfully complete your projects.

Trade : Standard, open side, open top and storage shipping containers.

Converted container : Standard container fitted out to meet the requirements of areas such as energy production and storage, electrical rooms, transformers, data centers, offshore, military (Naval – Defense), as well as premises, boiler rooms, offices, construction sites, tanks, life bases, etc.

Shelter : We manufacture custom containers from “A to Z”, with no size limits for all types of industrial applications.

With a workforce ranging from 55 to 80 people, we have superior production capacity to 350 containers per year.

Our means

On a 28000 m² site, we can store up to 100 containers ready for modification.

Our website includes

A 6410 m² workshop divided into 4 production areas:
A shaping and sheet metal working area
An area dedicated to modifying containers or building shelters
A painting area equipped with a sandblasting booth and a paint booth
An assembly and finishing area

Atelier painting

Our equipment:
- Sandblasting cabin (recyclable corundum), treatment capacity Sa 2.5 / Sa 3
- Washing area
- Covered area for preparation before painting
- Controlled atmosphere paint booth
- Covered area for air drying

Our painting systems:
- Painting according to the NORSOK M501 / EN12 944 system entirely carried out in-house
- Painting according to the ACQPA / EN12 944 system, entirely carried out in-house
- Painting according to the on-demand system (GS COR)
- All systems are compatible for corrosive environments:
  - Low / Medium / High durability
  - C3 / C4 / C5 / CX

Our painting operators:
- ACQPA qualified operators (level 2 and 3)
- Frosio inspection on request
- Painting report and monitoring on request

Finishes and amenities

In order to provide a complete, turnkey solution, we equip your container as needed:
- Doors, windows, tailgates, hatches, cable and pipe passages, etc.
- Ventilation (forced or natural), air conditioning, grilles and acoustic box, etc.
- Partition cladding, thermal and sound insulation, etc.
- Floor covering: steel/stainless steel (checkered or smooth), checkered aluminum, linoleum, epoxy resin, technical floor
- Cabinets, desks, shelves, lockers, etc.
